Every couple of weeks we get creative in the kitchen and come up with some fun tacos. This week we did our rendition of a Korean beef taco. Yes any one can get a Korean taco from a truck but we have a great selection of craft beer to enjoy while you eat. Oh ya, and you don’t have to wait in line.
Our Korean Taco is a bit different from some of the main stream tacos is that our is topped with cucumber kimchi, this is fresh and bright and works well with the sweet and savory meat that fills the taco. Enjoy!!
