New Belgium Brewery was founded in 1991 with a vision for innovation. Since then they have taken the brewing industry by storm not only with their beers but their business philosophy as well. New Belgium is an employee owned company and the brewery itself is wind powered. New Belgium continues to open new markets across the country and is now the third largest craft brewery in the United States.
Cabo Taco Baja Grill pays homage to an industry leader by hosting our Third Thursday Beer Dinner for New Belgium Brewing Co. The event starts at 6 pm Thursday the 16th of June and ends at 10 pm. Please join us for a great evening of craft beer and tacos. The dinner cost $20 for everything listed below, but don’t worry if there is something on the menu you don’t like you can always order a la carte.
