On Tuesday August 2nd at 5 pm Cabo Taco will tap Parabola. Since this is such a special beer we decided to pair it with a BBQ Brisket Taco topped with southern style collard greens and a slice of bread pudding topped with fresh whipped cream and a bourbon caramel sauce.

Parabola is one of those truly amazing hard to find beers on draft pretty much any where in the country. Firestone Walker released a limited amount of 22 oz. bottles back in June and only a hand full of kegs. Lucky for us we were one of the few that scored a keg.
